Acceptance of Terms — What Are You Agreeing to by Using the Platform?
By accessing the 95bd platform, registering, or using any of its services, you are considered to have read and accepted these Terms in full. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the platform, and doing so will be treated as a legal violation. By using this platform, you confirm that you are doing so entirely of your own free will, in sound mind, and at your own responsibility. Account Creation & Security — What Do You Need to Know at Registration?

Each user may operate only one account — creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may lead to a permanent ban. Keeping your account password strictly confidential is your own responsibility — do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact the 95bd support team immediately. Managing an account on behalf of a third party or another person is not permitted under these Terms. If 95bd detects unusual transactions or a security risk on an account, it reserves the right to suspend the account immediately and will request verification from the user. Account Suspension Policy
95bd may suspend an account temporarily or permanently in cases of Terms violations, suspected fraud, or failure to complete identity verification. Any unused balance at the time of suspension will be kept safe and returned once verification is successfully completed.
Account Closure
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team and submitting a request. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded in accordance with the established process.
User Responsibilities — What conduct is expected on the platform?
All users must conduct themselves honestly, in compliance with the rules, and responsibly while using the 95bd platform. Fraud, manipulation, or any attempt to harm other users in any platform activity is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through automated bots, scripts, or software will be treated as a violation of these Terms, and the account will be immediately terminated. Users must ensure that their funds are legally obtained and in no way connected to money laundering or illegal activity. 95bd is obligated to report suspicious transactions in line with the guidelines of the Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU).
Posting or engaging in obscene, threatening, or discriminatory content on the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Users are solely responsible for their own financial decisions — 95bd does not guarantee any specific winnings or profits. Payments & Transactions — What Are the Rules for Deposits and Withdrawals?

Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are set according to platform guidelines and are subject to change. Before approving any withdrawal request, 95bd will complete identity verification and account security checks. Withdrawals to payment methods not registered on the account may not be permitted.
Specific terms and conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers, and bonus funds cannot be withdrawn unless those conditions are met. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
